I've test a few times before I post just letting you know. I have a coolrunner rev a until C come in the mail. When flashing to the cool runner using the J-runner app the app. Clicking on flash coolrunner ,trinity and Demon installed it says

I do have the wiring to the led done as shown in this pic
It dose not seem to flash the chip right the coolrunner green light will not flash. I have no way of dumping the chip to see the differences. Flashing with the demon tool box it works fine.
Clicking on write nand on the J-runner app it flash the demon with updflash.bin as source it and then dumping the nand blocks:

are different but when flashing with the demon toolbox everything flashes fine... I dont know about that one... I just keep using the demon toolbox its no big just letting you guys know. just in case anyone else has this problem
