Demon and proto 2

I was just wondering when you use the Demon side to run homebrew then when you switch to the stock side do you have to switch hdd back to the 320gb stock hdd or is there away to just use the modded drive??

basically you dont want to have a hdd with jtag content connected when you're running stock mode

best to have seperate hdds for stock and for jtag
