Ok guys, first off, I know you all like pics, but my question is more of a nand creation question. Here's the setup:

1. Jasper BB 512 MB console
2. Demon with BB conversion kit
3. CR3 Lite

The entire installation is perfect. I am able to read and write to the primary nand. I read the demon nand. I programmed the cr3 lite just fine.

Here's my question. I know with the demon that you're supposed to make a 16MB nand and it'll work with the big block. I've done trinity's with demon in the past and I know to write the stock nand to the demon and then flash the ecc to the demon to get the cpu key. Is that process possible with the BB demon with conversion kit? Or am I stuck having to write the ecc to my stock nand to get the cpu key in order to make a 16MB nand?

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I looked and didn't find any great answers and nothing that was specific to what I'm looking to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

since you can only write 16mb nand to demon, how you gonna write 64mb bb dump to it.. you'll have to get cpu key using 360 nand, create 16mb jasper image and flash to demon

That's what I figured and that was going to be my next step. I didn't want to be one of these people who says "I didn't know any better" so for me it was better to ask first. Just needed to confirm. I already have 2 fully verified matching nand dumps, I just want to confirm my next step...

I need to create an ecc and flash to my stock nand. My stock nand is 16547. JRunner is only up to 16537. Will it be able to create the appropriate ecc file for my dash version?

Ok guys. Came up with an issue. With stock everything, console boots fine. Can read and write both nands, program coolrunner, everything lights up.

Went through the process of making the ecc with the current JRunner for my 16547 dash jasper 512. I flashed the ecc to the console and then the console became unresponsive, pressing buttons did nothing. Flashed back to stock, system works great again.

Am I at an impasse until JRunner is updated?

it may be an LDV issue .. have you read the sticky on LDVs ?

you should fill out the TEMPLATE completely as all the info including pics is required

I took the xbox apart and took those pics, then put the xbox back together and made the vid. You can see the install works correctly. I have 2 verified nand backups. Whenever I make the .ecc to from the nand backups and flash to the console, it becomes unresponsive. I've flashed what was recommended for xsvf files to the CR3 for both CR_EN and regular, neither work or do anything different. I'm thinking it is probably an issue with the dash version, I may have to wait until the files get updated.

I don't know what you're talking about. I purchased the CR3 Lite from vgcrepairs just prior to their going out of business. The Demon came directly from Xconsoles.

Hmmm...and I was sure that when I purchased they were an authorized reseller. Live and learn I guess.

My question still remains on the demon setup. I'm going to keep testing the waters with ecc creation to see if I get lucky. If anyone has any thoughts, please chime in.

Like I said prior, xecuter has vgcrepairs on their "where to buy" list on their front page, that's where I got it, so how was I not to trust it? If you're not gonna offer me any help with my DEMON question, stop jacking my thread.

Moving on, this question is not even about the CR3, it's about my DEMON, which I'm 99.99999% sure is authentic.

The way I understand it is the console isn't glitching there're for its a glitch chip issue
I have removed the chip altogether and still does the same thing. Move along genius who overposts with no useful help. I've been at this 7+ years son, you're a 1 year member here. Move along or be reported. I have rarely needed assistance with a TX product install but it seems like all you want to do is harass. I suggest you read up on things a bit yourself.

a fake coolrunner, and an attitude like that.......... the fake coolrunner was nuff to get the "amish shun" round here alone, lol.sometimes ya gotta bite your tongue round here if ya want help,i know its hard sometimes, but if you have been round as long as you say you already know how this place can be im sure, lol.as for getting something done bout the coolrunner,if it came from vgc, hell its prolly been too long to do anything bout it ,that sucks, but ive seen fake coolrunners cause a very wiiiiide range of issues with consoles, and thats no bullshit just talking up tx sh*t,even M%$rix chips work great tbh,but the cloned tx sh*t is trash.

No need to be rude man. I get you want help with the demon but if you're coolrunner is fake, odds are the issue is with the fake coolrunner as Scott153 said. Fake coolrunners can cause a lot of different issues like nofeloniesyet said. So why are you getting an attitude? If you get a legit coolrunner people will help and since you're so sure of your abilities to do the process correctly it is probably the coolrunner. If you got it how you said you did then it was an accident and no big whoop. You don't need to go on the deffensive about it. The quality is lacking in the fake coolrunner part itself so no one can help you until you get the legit stuff to see how it works. If it's still giving you the same issue come back and we'll help. By the way pulling years out for comparison is sad. Suggesting that Scott153 needs to read up on stuff is messed up considering you should pay attention to #3 in The Rules for this forum.
