RGH DemoN Corona QSB install odd problem

Installed my first DemoN on a Corona earlier today using the install picture from here.


I can read/write NAND fine, wrote original NAND to DemoN and it boots ok. The only thing I can't figure is that I can turn the console off from J-Runner (F7) but won't switch on with (F6).

Fixed. The orange wire goes to the other side right next to the 3.3 line, but unless I'm blind the original install picture shows that point used. Will post another picture with the correct point.

Yeah I was in so much doubt that I saved the picture and zoomed onto it and it shows the same original point I used.

garageinc, this is your bloody MW3 you gave months back :D. Anyhow it's glitched now, just matter of tweaking boot times.

i did wonder if this might be the mw3 console lol. i should have kept that really is a nice console. really thought that bugger was a trinity though. did you ever get the controller for it. i kept an eye out for one but never saw a deal that wasn't dreaming

No not yet, I just dug it from underneath the bed this morning when my DemoN Corona QSB turned up in the post. Been stashed in bits since I got it from you July time.


Now just to wait for 1175 pcb, again it's a waiting game :rolleyes2:.

Since it's the same install for trinity and corona, it shouldn't matter.

Besides, if you need to look at a picture in order to install the Corona QSB, stop installing DemoNs!

None of them are saying there's a prob with the demon slim image.....

But there is obviously an issue with the corona qsb wire install.

All it needs is an image update or people like yourself are gonna get endless issues on why there corona won't glitch.

There is no Corona QSB wire install.

There's a QSB install for the DemoN and that's all. The rest of the install is the same on all slims. The only problem here is whoever soldered the QSB made a mistake with one of the wires.

I'll see if I can crop the image to take that part out.

However I can't access the original image so refer to this if you need to.

Just an FYI, this isn't a guide thread - it's a 'coming soon'. No-one (unless they're 10) should need to refer to this image to see how to solder in the QSB.
