ANSWERED Demon External Switch - Ground Wire

Hey TX,

Quick question here, I'm lookin for the answer out of curiosity. The external switch for the demon requires you to run the ribbon cable and a ground wire to it...What happens if you just run the ribbon cable and do not run a ground wire??

It will fix some read/write issues which some users may experience.

It takes about a minute to prepare and solder a ground wire from the external module to a metal AV pin on the motherboard.
