Now all i get is a red dot during stock nand

even though everything was working great until the demon button (on usb switch) was switched to stock while the console was still powered on?

Yes, that button can be pressed at any time with no damage to the console. That is why it is there. I'm tempted to give you an infraction for not following forum rules by not posting pictures of your poor soldering.
asking a question thinking it was a simple fix, but now u say its a soldering issue pics will be posted
This has been fixed
I disconnected the psu from the motherboard for 10 minutes and it fixed the problem
