Demon not found

Hello,

Just installed mine demon today. Had no micro usb nearby and just starded with good hope. After installing i get the message manufacturer for code 7F not found in J-Runner. Cant read the demon so i called a buddy of mine to bring a mini usb. Plugged it in demon but already installed on xbox switched to pc (no xbox power of course) and tried to read it, but couldnt find the demon. Does it mean i got a manufacter failure?

Pics of your install are required. Did you test it before soldering it?

We actually don't need pics - don't bother posting them.

Check 5v and GND are good, check there are no neighboring shorts for all DemoN points soldered and ensure you have continuity between QSB points and the NAND itself.
