J-Runner log:

These pictures are of the original install. I have since desoldered and resoldered them trying to figure it out.
Description of problem:
I did this console over a year ago. The owner updated the retail side and then tried to update the RGH side with Jrunner. The RGH side fails to power on. Only gets a "beep" and nothing happens. No fans or anything. He brought it to me. I re-did the soldering just in case. Also rebuilt a new RGH Nand from the retail nand. Placing the Retail Nand on the Demon and disabling the CR3 Lite boots just fine from Stock chip and Demon chip. Placing the RGH Nand on stock chip with the CR3 Lite on and reprogrammed without the Demon check box clicked boots the RGH image just fine. The problem is when I write the RGH Nand to the Demon (with the CR3 Lite reprogrammed to include the Demon box clicked) does not power on at all.
Its got to be my soldering right? I reseated the ribbon cables also. When I get off work, I will try a new set of ribbon cables. Tried searching the forum for a problem like mine (found some threads but their solutions were not my problem) and came up empty. I know I am forgetting something, but I am at work right now and cant look at it again until after midnight. So in the end:
RGH Nand on Demon = No power (CR3 Lite programmed with Demon box checked)
RGH Nand on stock chip = Working (CR3 Lite programmed without Demon box checked)
Retail Nand on stock chip = Working (CR3 Lite programmed with Demon box checked)
Retail Nand on Demon = Working (CR3 Lite power wire desoldered)
Was the console working before you started: Y
Do you get a green debug light appear on the RGH chip every 4-5 seconds: Yes without using Demon, No when RGH Nand is on Demon
