DemoN not recognized in Jrunner or Toolbox

I have another DemoN that does work so its not cables, drivers or USB port.. Any suggestions I can fix it or try forcing bootloader?

There is no blue light when connected through mini USB cable.

Are you using the onboard USB or the extension board and cable?

I was having the same problem. then used J-Runner v02 Beta (283) and was able to update demon fw.

You can force bootloader mode by pressing (and holding) the button on the USB module while you connect the PSU to the console.

Have you got it set to "PC" mode if it isn't installed in a console?
