i have looked but there is so much stuff i guess i could have overlooked the answer to my question, if I did then my bad.

1. can i set it up to have a green rol on stock nand and a blue rol when on the demon nand

2. also since i can use the demon to read and write the the nands externaly, could i use the EXTERNAL ADAPTER FOR NAND-X / JR PROGRAMMER QSB V3 to wire up the sonus for external programing? I know that I would have to mod the wires if this would work. Looking for a external solution to program the sonus. Not sure how or where I would mount it yet, just want to be sure it would work before I start.

1. Probably, but would require serious reworking.

2. No - the DemoN can't write to the Sonus.

i was asking if i could use the jrp v2 to prog the sonus externally using the External Adapter For Nand-X / JR Programmer QSB V3.

thanks for your replies!!

would you care to explain what i would need to do to get the rol color to switch with the nand?

He said it would take some serious reworking. If you aren't completely sure how to use a multimeter and don't have any clue how you would power it and make it switch by itself, you probably shouldn't attempt it.

It's tied to the logic of the system (think controller layout, error codes, notifications). This would be a major project. It would be much easier to add LEDs elsewhere to do what you want. As mentioned you could grab a voltage source on the demon somewhere for power that is of when the demon is off.

might be able to do something by tying into the LEDs on the Demon switch. Using either a logic chip or small relays to switch the grounds or hots to the green RoL LEDs, to some added on blue LEDs. Either way you're looking at a lot of soldering, trace cutting, and custom schematics.

This is more or less a simplified explanation as to what you'd need to do.

Maybe TX should look at making custom RoL boards :)
