Demon Slim Transfer

I have an old demon slim I plan to attempt to wire install to a phat xbox. Is there a picture somewhere that shows the nand spots labeled (D1-D7 are the points I believe I use). Also I am going to use the round pads to wire. Im pretty sure there needs to be a 10k resistor to each point. Can anyone tell me if I am correct or can help me with a labeled picture.

look at a picture of the phat demon, all of the pads by the quick solder points will tell you what you are asking.

This is all the info you should need.

I did the same exact thing a couple years ago. (Slim Demon in phat)
Just compare the slim install pic to the phat install pic!
I believe i may have pics of the install when i did it. If/when i find them i'll post them here.
