DEmon with rjtag 1.1, console appare dead

Hello, i have install r jatg 1.1 on a jasper 16MB, and all work good.After i install demon for dual nand, but when i try console appare dead don' t start with or witout demon nand selected.Switch nand demon work for select nand.

Can you read your 360 NAND via the DemoN? If not, you need to check all continuity between solder points and the 360 NAND.

i have programmed demon by pc, now for read demon nand or nand xbox by demon with demon installated i must connect 360 ac power?And switch demon pèut on 360 or PC?

What are you talking about? Did you read the install guide?

Yes, i have read and see all pictures on a install guide.But i can' t read nand 360 and i can' t read nand of demon.When i can read nand by jrunner(it recognize right demon) appare this error:

Basically you've got a soldering issue. Check all continuity.

I think it's a good time to get someone else to look over your work. Something else will be amiss. DemoN is for professional installation.

Insn' my first installation modchip Martin C, but wuth demon yes is my first.When i put ac power xbox connector rjtag chip have a red light power, but demon have only a blue led in the switch nand pcb, this is correct?I have try to voltage demon when have a connector in the xbox and is right, 5, 02 V

Have you successfully tested the demon beforehand? Did you dump your 360 NAND and write it to the DemoN? Have you checked all other solder points? Is there a reason why you are using the Rev C addon board for the ribbon cable when the R-JTAG board already has this socket (aka did you bother to read the installation guides?)?

I have tested demon only before at all and work.In 360 i have original nand and in the demon i have freeboot R-jtag and i have checked other soldering points.I don' t understand if i don' t need connect to ribbon cable.I see installation with a REV c chip and don' t find a r-jtag chip.If i disconnect a ribbon cable i must connect a wires to CR-EN rjtag chip at CR-EN demon chip?Thank Mrtin C for your support and patience, but i don' t understand good English, thanks

The R-JTAG has a socket on the chip itself for DemoN. there's nothing to solder between the R-JTAG and Demon. Just connect the ribbon. That's it.

If you can't boot from either the 360 or DemoN, it's a soldering issue elsewhere. Did you test the console after R-JTAG was installed but before the DemoN?

Now understand, but too directly ribbon cable between demon and rjtag chip console is dead, now dissolder totally demon and try only with R-jtag chip

I don' t understand why, but only a R-jtag chip jasper with 16202 dash work perfectly with cicle 1-1-1-2-1-1-2-1-1-1-2-1-1 for glitch

It means your DemoN install is the fault.

I think too, i have see all video tutorial but for Rev C,(but i have a r-jtag chip) i don' t see when conncet with wire pad sync in the demon of pad sync with xbox with brawn wire


and when connect x7 pad with orange cable


With R jtag, i need or not this 2 connection?
1) Pas sync of demon with sync 360 with broun cable
2)Pad x7 on demon with pad 11 of bottom J2c1 of motherboard 360 with orange cable.Pad 11 is the same of pad k of R-jtag chip always with orange cable.

I must use this 2 wire connection or not?
Before yes i have tryed with this 2 connection, but console appare dead with and within demon activated

You don't 'need' the sync wire.

the switch button is on the front anyway.

I have reinstalled demon but i have the same probel, console appare dead.I have installed without brawn wire to sync pad of demon, by jrunner and mini usb i can read and write 360 nand and demon nand.I have a question:
In j runner -- image -- demon phat don' t appare connection for pad sync and for pad x7, but in the installation guide step by step yes appare brawn cable for sync pad and orange cable to x7 pad.
Now i' am tryng only wothout brawn wire between sync demon pad and sync 360.But orange wire between x7 demon and pad 11 on 360 is solder.I must dissoldering orange cable too?

Now i have dissolder all wire between demon and mainboard 360, soldering only nand point and console again appare dead, but before when all wire connected i can read and write demon and 360 nand and i think sure that nand connection haven' t problem and now with only demon nand point connected don' t start xbox.I think that is this board demon a problem
