Is there a point even posting a support thread on this?

I suggest posting in the request a service or item section of the forum together with images of the damage.

I'm a noob, so sorry for this question:
Why would anyone pull at the cables?

If the solder was hot enough and checked for continoutiy and it looks okay, why would you want to pull it?

I pulled the cables out of the sonus that connect it to the jr-p they fit quite snugly and I was to rough about it.By the way you have to take the cable out when your done 5 of the solder points are very fine i should have placed finger on sonus and gingerly took them off.lesson learned but now it just dosent beep but plays games just fine I was gonna swap my star wars case n program the sounds as I thought i couldnt wait for lt ultimate but i guess i have to now no biggie

I was thinking that could happen when I looked at those point. I was researching those points before this was released and they are very very fine. You need to be very careful. I usually secure my stuff with hot glue to insure that doesn't happen.

It is repairable but it is going to require finding the value of those resistors and very good soldering skills.

I'm sorry that happened to you.
