LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM DG16d2s key to dg16d4s possible?

Here is the SLIM xbox360 with old liteon drive(16dg2s!!)
Now the dash version 13599. I need to update it but with 16dg2s not possible. I change tha drive to 16dg4s drive, and i want to spoof the key to this drive, but i don't know how to do it?
What i tried:
I maked the key.bin with HEX editor.
Browse stock 0272fw, choose manual spoofing, browse
key.bin what i maked than save the file.
Now when i browse this file to source file the dvd key is FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.

What should i do?:crazy:

LTU or replacement PCB aint been released yet and what it has to do with 4s drive ?

OP try searching for lizfix

if the original drive isnt a 9504/0272 lizfix will do no good, on retail boxes at least

You're not understand what i said.
I've no original dummy.bin from this slim drive.
Only the dvd key i have.
How to spoof the dvd key in to the stock slim fw?????????

I understood perfectly what you said, the problem is you didn't understand me. And since you still fail to mention what is the original DG-16D4S that was on the xbox, there is nothing we can do

You're not understanding at all.

You can't. You need FCRT.bin to match with the serial/dummy data of the drive. You don't have it so it won't authenticate.

unless it IS a 9504/0272 which doesnt have fcrt.bin, but without additional info....

OP - did you buy it knowing the drive had been swapped?

You can update the console with any key. Try to write the 0272 original firmware.

If you want to change DVDKey in the firmware yet, use my SlimSpoof 3.0

If it isnt changing the key and all this sh*t are completely useless

Ah well since using this drive in a stock console seems no longer an option...on the bright side on that dash your good to go for RGH1 then wont even need the drive :tongue:
