I'd argue with that statement since you don't program anything to the DGX.

Pics of your soldering please.

You're thinking?

It looks to me like you have messed up that QSB and possibly damaged the trace for the 5v pad.

Have you tried soldering directly to the pad on the motherboard?

no i have not try soldering directly to pad BL4K3Y . But here what im thinking i had trouble soldering the qsb bc my flux was not flowing right . so i took my reflow gun heated it off . So it very possible that i screw it up doing that

I think you should take a back seat on this one and let somebody do it for you - properly.

Why on earth would you use a "reflow gun" to remove a QSB?!

If I ever needed to remove a QSB, my soldering station would be more than suffice to do it (at least for me).

Everybody lied to you !!! :rolleyes2: ,tweezers and soldering iron will do the trick removing QSB's.even a toothpick and soldering iron could do,try removing the board with said instruments then resolder straight to mobo (be careful) and clean your points, and see if that helps.

It's a matter of preference not a lie. If you're skilled with the equipment then it's not an issue. As for me, I find easier to clean up what solder I can with a solder pencil and wick and then use a small nozzle on my rework station to pull lift off the QSB. Its always a pain in the ass for me do it otherwise. I just use common sense and not point the heat in areas I shouldn't and control the heat.

A matter of preference that's all.

If someone has to tell you to remove a QSB or anything with hot air, you probably shouldn't as inexperience with hot air could lead to someone moving half the chips/caps/resistors in an area and compete destroying the board.

If you haven't had any experience with hot air, Soldering braid (or wick) is your best bet at getting it off cleanly.(As it's been said before, so is a toothpick/tweasers and some patience above anything).
