Just to clarify, are you using the comms cable or the "Scan IP range" function in jrunner to get your CPU key (not sure if you they're in your pictures because I can't see the first two?) Xell won't boot on the TV with corona boards. I ask because you mentioned that the glitching stops which usually means that it glitched.

The scan IP button in Jrunner has never worked for me even if it had glitched if I am getting the key through the LAN cable,I always got the timeout message no Xbox detected message. The only way I have ever got it to work is to go into my router DHCP section, where you will see whatever is conected on your network and if the console has glitched the Xbox will be listed as Xell with the IP address next to it. Then all you have to do is enter that IP in Jrunner and press get CPU key. Weird I know but I am not the only one that has happened to.

I highly recommend using the Nand X update cable with the QSB V3 though, it will work everytime if the console is glitching. Hope this helps.

It will only work with the ethernet cable, so it will need to be directly plugged into your router before turning on the console. It doesn't matter what settings for the network connection you had in the stock dash (wireless or LAN)

Like I said in my previous post, the scan IP doesn't work for me. Log into your router and find the IP for xell in the dhcp section, then enter it in jrunner and press get CPU key.

This is exactly how I've gotten all my Corona CPU keys.

When using LAN on jrunner, should I first set the Xbox up with cable connected? I ask because mine is set up for wireless
