DGX problem, maybe fault?

Use a closer GND point and shorten the cable. I'm assuming you have an AV cable connected?

Ok, I make a test with a short GND cable. Yes, the AV cable is connected.

I'd also tidy up those solder points with flux. The ones on the DGX don't look so great.

double check DIP 8 is definitely on.

solder CPU_RST to C5R11.

Replace POST_OUT cable.

I checked the DIP 8. Turned OFF...No Glitch and turn it on again. The CPU_Rst soldered to C5R11, and changed the POST-OUT cable but the result is same...

ok - it's attempting the glitch because the oscillator is activating and debug light is coming on.

However the DGX isn't responding as it should. It's possible it's at fault.

I would contact your supplier and look at getting a replacement.

It's hard to tell because of the angle, but I think your E wire is on the wrong header point
