does this mean it’s cleared customs and in Brisbane ? The further clearance processing has me concerned.

Its in customs and dhl may contact the sender if any informations is needed. Just contact the dhl customer service.

Would I say it’s a mod chip ? Or just electronic parts for replacing internals in the switch? That’s only if they ask what it is
