DICE launches Battlefield 4 site - "the more fans log in, the more we'll reveal"
Log in and you'll get the "I was there" dogtag, for deployment in Battlefield 3. In what I can only assume is an attempt to make your, my and everybody we know's heads explode with frustration, DICE has launched a Battlefield 4 teaser site[SUP][1][/SUP] where you wipe away mist to reveal a background image of some tanks - only the image keeps misting up again, forever denying us closure. Argh. "The more fans who log in, the more we'll reveal," reads a taunting message up right. Cheeky sods. Excuse me - I'm just popping out to blow the dust off my EA Origins account. The site also reiterates that we'll lay eyes on Battlefield 4 gameplay come 27th March. If I'm reading the hints correctly, precipitation figures largely in the new shooter's DNA. Rain - this year's "real-time environmental deformation"? We've got plenty of the stuff in Blighty, DICE, and I don't feel very "next gen".
A teaser trailer for the game went live the other day, confirming the presence of guns and vehicles, among other huge surprises. What are you hoping for, once EA whisks the wrappers off?
