did I brick the slim?

I aoldered my qsb and coolrunner in and im pretty sure the soldering was bad because it looked horrible and Jtag tool wouldnt recognixe nand.
Now when I uninstall the qsb and coolrunner and try to boot my slim back up it just makes the beep sound and does nothing.
Am i screwed?
