did i frag my x3ce? pease help

hi i just installed a x3ce in a 1.6b. everything worked just fine. then i flashed the chip via http with the x3_v16 from mod-chip.com (dips settings: off on off off off - the other only brought up an orange led) . after a reboot i got into the x3live menu. then i tried to boot several x-disks (cr-r, cd-rw, dvd-r and dvd-r) none of them booted. so i flashed (again via http) the Yoshihiro-m8-1.6B-Memory-Fixe-Beta4.bin into bank 8 ?! after the next reboot the box turns on and off 3 times and then comes up blinking red/green with a blank screen :-( backup mode turns the led orange and the screen stays black, same when i change the dips tu on on off off off.

is there still a way to fix this problem???

ok if you have flash over flashbios 3.0.3 on banks 5678 off on off off off then you will have to do a hotswap or send chip back to get flashbios3.0.3 back on.
the backup bank as well as banks 1234 have flashbios3.0.1 that will not work will v1.6b xboxs
the x3 bios was probley working have had some installs that had to flash x2 bios on to get dvd to boot but once had dash on xbox x3 worked 100%
get x3 bios from #xbins

so hotswapping (or sending it back) is my last resort?

dang, so there are no other solutions???

hotswap or send it back
