GENERAL Did something Stupid, what do i need to buy to fix it??

Well this needs a lock good work guys but whilst he is done can you help me?
I opened my console to flash then put it back in worked 2-3days and then after i put my BACKUP of black ops it said open tray error. anything to do with my flashing skills?
