Difference between 2.6CE and 2.6CE Lite?

When I ordered my chip, the page said 2.6CE Lite, and it came as a 2.6CE.. I read somewhere that the only difference is the wiring or something..

What is the diff exactly? I just want to know if I got cheaped.
