What is the differents from the cygnos and the cool runner and what is the pros of having both of them?

Coolrunner is the ultimate rgh mod. Cygnos is a dual NAND add on Cygnos is not a tx product.
Pros for these items. Cr is the sh*t a must have. Cygnos is nice, a bitch for noobs to install but I would wait I think a better solution will come soon.
If you are new to this I would have someone install stuff for you. Unless you rock at soldering.

the cygnos rev E is dual nand it means you could boot online and boot hacked nand and that it and if you what to have that feature just wait for tx demon the coolrunner is a glitch chip you flash it with the timing files and then solder it this would allow you to boot hacked kernel and has alot more functions then a jtag. having them both let you boot hacked and live on one xbox but i wouldn't get the cygnos just wait for tx demon
You do realize that rgh and jtagging do the same thing just different methods. They both allow the console to run unsigned code.
There aren't any except for the methods used to achieve the desired outcome.
Jtagging relies on efuses and rgh sends small pulses to Hana chip.
Jtagging is the old method for exploitable kernels 7371 and below. Rgh is available to all dashboards as long as the console has a Hana chip.
