Ok I managed to glitch my trinity 360 with demon and cool runner. Everything works great. I just get different glitch times. It could be instant up to 2 minutes. Is this normal or can I do something about it? Also I have no soldering experience or anything prior to my demon/cr proto install. I had a few hiccups but youtube and the tutorials posted here helped me along. So don't be throwing around about read the card 1st. Anyone can do this if they take there time and get the right supplies and double check before they touch anything.

With a coolrunner, and not a cr3-pro, RGX, or slim proto V1/V2 this is not out of the ordinary. You could probably get better boot times out of it, but it can be more difficult than it is worth. every xbox is different, so one setup may work great on your trinity, and work horribly on another trinity. It is a matter of trial and error. I would start with post out, and cpu_rst wire lengths and wire routing.

First of all congratulations :)

A trinity console in my opinion is the best proformer with the cheaper v1,2 and 3 coolrunner chips if you set it up properly and tweak it you can get constant reliable glitching under 5 tries if you are willing to sit down and spend a bit of time on it.

As said above pictures is what you need to post, as this is your persional console I dont think time would be much of an issue, just be aware the more you play with it the more likely you could over heat a via and dammage something.

cpu rst length position and the way you coil it can effect the boot times there are plenty of tips on the forum for tweaking.

The post adaptor that you can alter the length of the cpu_rst is something I would recomend installing it makes tweaking easier, there is also the reset cleaner as an addon you could try.

In saying that you could buy a better chip but where is the fun in that :)

I saved a stack of v1 chips just for trinity consoles and work well on them.
