i have a jasper 16mb motherboard, also i have no aud_clamp so what do you think are the best dip settings to choose and what voltage tuner should i choose?

Why aren't you using AUD_CLAMP?

There are 18 different voltage/dip switch combinations to try - this is what RATER is for.
