DIrty disc & insert in a 360 console messages

while im playing bf2:mc, i keep gettin the message that my disc is dirty but is not. and i also get the message sometimes when i insert a non backup game that i need to insert this disc in an xbox 360 console. any thoughts?

the didrty disc is bad media, or your drive needs to be adjusted.
the instert this disc into an xbox 360 console is a problem eith the security sector.

do companies liek EA replace games put on bad media? and how do i fix my sector prob?

WA? do EA replace games that you recorded on to bad media HELL NO! lol. it sounds like somethings up wiht oyur drive if orignals are also giving you an error.

Its a retail game.I was refering to another problem i was having on a retail game. I never said anything about burned media. just the fact that both probs i was having were on a NON backup disc. Iknow it sounds a little misleading, but do you really think im that stupid to ask if i can return a burned disc for a replacement?
