just flashed a benq drive, when trying to load a backup getting clean disk with soft cloth or open tray message, sounds to me as if laser on its way out but still boots origionals, if anyone has a benq laser for sale let me no cheers:smile: p.s i never removed laser like i do with liteon or hitachi, could that have possibly caused it,
