JTAG disc swapper problem

recently i started having problems with disc swapper 1.1 on my jtag (which has newest freeboot)

mass effect 2 is giving me fatal error totaly random if i start from disc 1 but if i start from disc 2 (it dont have to swap disc atm).

anyone else had this problem? me2 is in god format on my internal hdd

installed rage and added rage to disc swap ini file but i removed those from the ini file but same thing happens

the funny thing is : it's only mass effect 2 who does this

not anymore , as i use god on all my games and i feel fsd is slow on menus so i use nxe atm

but i think i solved it , it stopped giving me fatal errors when i re-installed disc 1
