ANSWERED Disk drive not found

I posted a while back and learned that I could not do the flashing with my motherboards sata slots, so I bought a via6421 pci sata card from xconsoles.com,
now upon plugging everything in and trying it all i could not get the disk drive recognized in JF, I'm using the 360 as the powersource windows xp and all the sata slots on the pci card nothing works.

if you need more information please let me know

This seems to be a reoccurring theme with noob accounts. Don't go cheap. If you plan to only flash your drive once then let a pro do it. If you are willing to become a part of the scene then you have to be willing to get the right tools to get the job done correctly and with the least possible problems. So i recommend that you either search the web for a jungleflasher tut, hint: read the one that comes with the program, or buy the proper tools ie: x360usb pro, ck3pro/ck3i. You can do it hard and cheap or simple and for a reasonable price. The choice is yours.

Agreed they are well worth the price you pay for the right equipment buy a x360pro usb and definatly a ck3, dont use our xbox you maybe flasgged and even worse ou can f**k your console up
