LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Disk read error

First of all, Hello and thank you for reading and helping people. Second, my apologizes for my poor english.

I have a problem since I flashed my new IHAS124b (2 months old) I have burned 4 disk's and two of them I get read error on my Xbox360 slim, first one was dishonored burned 4x with OPC checked and burn proof checked resulted in read error second time burned the same way but this time I changed the write speed to 2.4x no read error.
third disk burned the same way(burned 2.4x with OPC checked and burn proof checked) but strange enough got a disc error.
I have checked it with Kprobe and as I read here, the results are good but I still get disk read error! can any one tell me what to do please?

how are you ripping your games?
what blank disc's are u using?
are you using ABGX ?

I want to thank you all for your answers.
Disk I used is always verbatum MKM-003
I always put them through ABGX before I burn.
I dont know what XBC is.
Kprobe and ABGX img is from Special-ops

My original disk reads fine the last bought games are Fifa11, Rocksmith and hopefully soon AC3

Oh yes the log file bandwagon which can be easily falsified by copy and paste.

OP please take a picture of the disc in question while standing on one leg holding a box of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes.

can you post your full abgx log and i smell something dodgy if you rip your original you will know what an xbc log is.....

Thank you again you are most helpful, I do not rip and I dont know how to do that, but these problems started when I flashed my IHAS burner, at least I think so.

I dont play much burned games, if a game is good I buy it, if I doubt is good I download and test before I buy.
