LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM disk tray ejects halfway after flashing with tx unlocked pcb

After flashing with the tx unlocked pcb, my disk tray will not close correctly, only halfway in. The flashing process went fine though, didn't get any error. Any ideas?

maybe you connect the 5 colour wrong 1 time then got that error. as i remember 1 got that 1 time. they tray open fast and close just haft way

Yes, the tray opens really fast, but I just checked there is no mismatch in color.

Have you mounted the solderless add on correctly some people had it shorting.
Make sure you haven't damaged the coloured cables at all.

Yes, I did mount the solderless thing. I think it could be because of the pcb itself, and I am going to RMA the board.
