DLC and XBLA won't work on RGH 14699!

I've posted this on iso and no one is responding. Hopefully someone here knows why this is happening:
OK so here's the problem. I just got my slim RGH'd about 3 days ago. I've owned a Jasper Jtag (which is now my fathers) for a year now and I KNOW how to place Jtag related crap into their proper directories. This is the first time I can't get DLC or XBLA to work. See we both use the same profile, same content, SAME EVERYTHING. My dad has everything I do. Only difference is he's on 13599 dash and I'm on 14699. It'll work on my dad's Jasper for the millionth time but it WILL NOT on my RGH! I've updated dashlaunch, used content manager, and even did it manually with FlashFXP. I have put the DLC here: http://gyazo.com/adc8ddc96d82a07dfe4466b484d6b4e4

I've used Yaris-Swap (Which I've used hundreds of times I'm very familiar with this basic crap) and STILL the DLC won't show. XM360 says their unlocked and even Metal Slug won't grant me the full game. Its only the trial but like I've said it's the full game on the Jasper. Did I forget to mention me and my dad use the same damn profile? For the life of me has anyone figured out why this is happening? Do I have to update to the 14--- what ever it is now dash?

What the crap? OK then I deleted that DLC, purchased it, and put it on my RGH and it STILL won't read. Keep in mind I'm not using the profile that bought it as I've lost my info to it and can't recover it. There so why won't it work?

No need for capital letters. Are your different consoles on different dashboard versions?

So what no one here knows yet many people are getting their slims RGH's which many of them are ON 14699 dash???? Does that mean they'll have the same problem as me????

Open your launch.ini & put..

contpatch = false

See if this works. Normally, People enable content patch, But it conflicts with already unlock DLC/XBLA (Not all the time, But most).

Does that answer the XM360 question? I've updated dashlaunch to 2.31 and still no joy. I'm frustrated that I can't figure out what's causing this. And I know all the basics in using a Jtag! Especially when it comes to this kind of stuff! I've even tried to putting that content thing on dashlaunch from true to false and still it won't work. Who here has an RGH slim that is on 14699 dash and has dashlaunch 2.31? Please use DLC that is NOT DRM and tell me if it works please and thank you.

with dashlaunch 2.31 contpatch = true...they swapped it again because everyone was having errors
With 2.29 & 2.30 it had to be false

I've already done that and it still won't show. It WILL on my dad's 13599 dash Jtag. In my post I've stated that we both own an xbox that runs unsigned code. I've already checked that forum before posting and STILL NO JOY. I've been looking through this issue for the longest time and haven't been able to find a solution so I posted my problem. Then people start asking have you used XM360? All I can do is facepalm. As my post ALREADY SAYS THAT I DID. I know I sound like a weenie but I'm just frustrated and confused that I've never ran into a problem like this before. I've been using Jtags since 2010 and am very familiar with dashlaunch, XM360, Yaris-Swap, you name it and I probably have already tried it. It just makes me \Ö/ when I just get my RGH slim and it runs BEAUTIFULLY without a problem but can't play DLC or XBLA anymore unless it is DRM. Many of my friends are o_0 and suspect it is the 14699 dash itself. I'm going to try one last time with dashlaunch and if it doesn't work then I'm resorting to formatting my HDD and starting from scratch.

all dlc must be in content/0000000000000.../game id /0000002 folder for it to work... Title updates in the cache...
I have dash 14699 and don't have problems with dlc
If those links you've givenare to pirated content you're only gonna get yourself banned from this forum

I FIXED IT! NEVER MIND! The problem was dashlaunch. I started it up again and instead of changing content patch to false on FlashFXP I did it manually on the xbox. IT FINALLY WORKED! Thank you! It was the stupid content patch! (Even tho it was set to false via editing the launchini through FlashFXP.) Thank you talby71!
