Just a simple question as I'm stuggling to find the answer anywhere; can DLC be used off-line? Heard a rumour that you have to be connected to XBL to use certain content, such as downloaded car packs in Test Drive Unlimited. Couldn't find one of the free single sample cars downloaded a while ago, whereas Bullet Witch and Dead Rising costumes.
