Do i have the rite parts

right there is three parts to this question. firstly below to i have the right parts for the 2.6 CE chip?

now is this where some of the parts go on the chip

if they do, the wire that ive pluged in to the chip there are about 10 wires hangin off, now coz i have the the v1.6 LPC Rebuild to i solder thos 10 wires to the pin heads them self. im very confused

1 - Seemed like you did received the right complete parts.
2 - You have the option of using either pin-header install (I recommend this one because it's easier) or the wire install methods. Your second photo shows it's the "wire install" that you've plugged into the chip.

I STRONGLY recommend that you should read more information on how to install the chip onto your xbox. Note that the PCB rebuild is required only for xbox version 1.6 and later.

What I would STRONGLY recommend is that since it seemed like you're already confused on hwo to install the chip, spend a little extra with going for a solderless Xapter. Make sure that you'll purchase the appropriate Xapter for the version of your xbox. I spent days on the Internet looking for information before I put in the purchase of the chip and then spent days more learning how to install it ince I have the parts. Don't worry, it'll be worth it in the end.

If you know how to solder using the solderless adaptor is a dumb thing to do. The soldered method is a much better solution. You do need to do a lot more reading though. First, go here Xbox version and determine which version you have. Then, based on that go to www.teamxecuter.com, and click on the right installation tutorial in the upper right hand corner.
