Do i need to change any other settings in imgburn, other then changing the layer break, first burn failed on verify at 51%, could just be the disks, so will pick up a little pack of verbs this afternoon, just wanting to make sure its not something im doing wrong

Sorry for double post, pulling my hair out here
2nd burn gave the same result as the first, rebooted my pc for whatever reason and straight away imgburn is showing as the 8.5gb of disk space i had to start with, surely i shouldnt have to be messing installing / uninstalling imgburn every time i switch on my pc to get what was advertised on the burner
Yesterday i emailed amazon thinking id been sent a relabeled drive and they were good about it and sent out a replacement
Ive tried this replacement and now the drive is showing as 8.65gb of disk space which isnt enough, so i still cant do anything with the burner

I changed no settings on mine.. All i did was install it.. I didnt even change layer break.
Ill go take a look shortly, all other settings i left untouched, just been to try get some verbs but they were more then double the price of online so came back empty handed

The media in my other pic are TDK..
And.. Still shows.. Free Space: 8,738,897,920 bytes
Everything is set the same as the image above, this 2nd drive has now reverted back to having 8.5gb of disk space :frown:

yeah. cant be the correct one.. I would stay away from Amazon for the optiarc drives..Mine looks like this

bought mine from the link above, have a feeling its down to my disks (unless someone can say for sure from the HW ID its the wrong burner) some disks show full capacity, some 8.65gb and others 8.5gb. So I will wait for my verbs to arrive tomorrow

should be showing in imgburn " Free Space: 8,738,897,920 bytes " when a blank is in the disc drive
Seem to be getting on a bit better after opening a new spindle of disks, get the 8.7gb on every disk so far, the disks which i were getting faults with were quite old
I have just recieved my verbs and the dyes not right im sure? cmc mag d03? isnt this a cheap dye, seem to remember it from a few years back so didnt expect verbatim to be using it
