Do i need a new sata card?

I have a Zenith 7NJS Mobo and it has a built in Serial ATA RAID/IDE (1)Ultra DMA-66/100/133 connector, (2)Ultra DMA-150 connectors
Do i still need to buy a SATA card for modding or will this one be sufficent?

if you are flashing a v25 or v28 i would get a sata pci card
