So I am building an RGH Corona V5, currently I'm putting in the DemoN for the NAND and the Post Fix Adapter V2 along with the CR4 when it arrives. Do I need the QSB upgrade or do I absolutely need it for the RGH?

It was designed to be used with glitch chips that don't have a crystal included in their design (CoolRunner Rev. A/B/C).

It wouldn't benefit the install in any way.
If you have one, free free to install it, but since you will also be installing a DemoN, you won't be using the sockets on the QSB.
