Do I need to burn FlashBIOS AND X3 Bios to a CD, if i'm going to flash via CD?

Or is FlashBIOS already contained on the X3 chip?. I fully understand all the bios flashing stuff, and i've got the files, but i'm having trouble figuring out if i'm meant to put FlashBIOS on the burnt CD (i've chosen to flash the X3 bios chip via CD, rather than FTP/HTTP or hard drive), along with the X3 BIOS file.

Of course I've read through that FlashBIOS site before, dgsni, and i couldn't find an answer, but i think i get it now anyway.

the X3 comes with flashbios preinstalled because they are legal bios. If you buy the X3CE, you will have 2 versions of flashbios for compatibility with all versions of xbox.
