Do I need to install bank 1-4 X3 1959 and bank 5-8 evox m8 Bios ? If you installed x3 1959 on the bank 1-4 could you install evox on the harddrive ?

Yes, you just don't have the online functions anymore. You can still play games of any wave, backup or original.
