and to answer your other question , if you want to change the DVD drive board you need to read the firmware then flash it to the new board

He can't read the firmware, he'll need to extract the files with jrunner and build an ltu2 firmware image to write.

You mean to extract the files from the 2 nand backups that I made or from the dvd board ?

Also my glitches are sporatic, like some times it takes 1-2 glitches and sometimes it takes 7 glitches to work. Do I need to do something ? I left everything as the guide said to install CR4: dips 3 and 8 on and 0ohm resistor.
