Do not use gateway-3ds.net to purchase from

I would like to give a warning to anyone thinking about buying from gateway-3ds.net, DONT.

I tried to purchase an SX from them 2 weeks ago and every time I entered my card details I got an error message saying please reenter. I emailed them about the problem and was told that there is a problem with Visa at the moment and to try a Mastercard. On Friday I had a payment of £0.17 taken from my bank for a company called personalized-ceramics.com and then £175 for redboxcasino.com. I didn't know at that point how the scammers had got my card details.

Over the weekend I was reading a post on facebook about someone else who had tried 2 different cards with the same supplier who had £1000 taken from each of his cards (both time he was told there was a problem and try a different card), both transactions were to redboxcasino and happened around the same time as mine.

Can TX please remove gateway-3ds.net as an authorised reseller as I only knew about them because of the link provided here and its obvious that they are nothing more than a scam website set up to harvest peoples card details for illegal purposes.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I cannot find anywhere that is more suitable and as it is SX related then I felt this would be best place. I'm also interested to know if there are any other people who have had the same problem as me and this other guy.

How dodgy can a site be?
Not only does it look like a 8 year old put it together,
a) click the (i) next to the address in Chrome and you get an informational about it not being secure and to not put any credit card info to it
b) What kind of phone number are they using for placing orders 1-800-000-000?! That doesn't even seem the right format.
Let's be honest, I feel for you here but there were plenty of red flags to avoid this place like the plague.
I'd recommend https://www.online-trends.net - they were fast and reliable for a UK based reseller for me.

Hi - I have just had to cancel a credit card due to redboxcasino taking money from my card.

I also tried to order from gateway-3ds.net after seeing it on team xecuter recommeded resellers page.

The link needs removing from the team xecuter page.

IM glad i read this ive had 2 cards both text me asking if i made a transaction and had to cancel the cards,
Lucky for me my card issuers asked me if i made the transactions i used these cards on this site also,
but i didnt realize were they (the thieves) had got my details it has been worrying me i had some kinda key logger on my pc
but now i have seen this i feel a little happier

I asked TX to remove this reseller as they are bogus and I got this as a reply

lots of people buy from this site,and i checked, they have a secure payment gateway (so it is not them who have your card). So you probably had your card stolen another way.

So despite a dodgy looking site and other people having the same experience it seems TX will do nothing about customers being ripped off by an official reseller

Would someone from TX like to make a public reply to these posts or are you still sticking by the good honest website line? If they are such an honest website then why don't you try entering your card details? Don't worry, the order wont be processed, you will just be told to try another card so you wont get charged for anything you are trying to order

I ordered a SX Pro like a week or so ago and today checked my card and 4 payments to Paddy Power online casino had been made, I had to to change my card number and report it to the fraud team. The website is now removed and hopefully doesn't come back.
