JTAG Does Nand-X work with the latest JTAG tool?

I just did a rebuild on J2D1, using the Alternate Points tutorial, and am trying to dump my 360s NAND using NAND-X

I am running Windows 7 x64 UAC diasabled and Jtag tool 4.21 with nand x drivers installed.

In Jtag tool "Incompatible ARM firmware for this version of nandpro". Im guessing since Nandpro is now version 3 this is why? So, my nand x has the 2.0e drivers, how do i update so i can dump my NAND?

Okay, thanks! But if my soldering is correct I should be able to still use the DOS version of nandpro2.0 and be able to get a dump correct?

I'm getting the same error. My NAND-X is not V3, and I'm waiting on the update cable to update.

I have a couple of questions if anyone cares to answer.

Even though I'm getting a "Incompatible ARM"error. It appears it will still read my NAND (512 Jasper). If I get a successful match, could this be used as a reliable NAND dump, or should I dump again when I update to V3?

How long does it usually take to dump a 512MB NAND via USB?

You are still getting the errror because you still have not updated the nandx with 3.0 (as explained above). As far as the dumps you have it does not matter weather you use nandpro 2.0 or 3.0. to dump the nand. 3.0 just has added features to work with the reset glitch.

took me an hour for 512MBJasper via Nand-X. 3 times dumped took me for 3 hours :(

are you useing the latest Jtag tool. If so thats part of your problem. Downgrade your Jtag tool to an older version and it should be able to read and write the nand for you. you just wont be able to flash you coolrunner till you get your nandx updated

As for the Nand you dont need to dump your full nand. Martin C has said this many times.

Hey thats a good point.. I should be able to use the latest JTAG tool 4.21 and stll jtag my xbox even though i dont have v3? Im NOT doing the RGH hack btw.
