Does playing backups on XBL enhance risk of getting banned?

Hi Folks!

I have a (currently) unbanned xbox360. I'm running the iXtreme 1.2c mod.
The flash was done after the Spring update (about 2 Months ago i guess).
Have played tons of backups (only offline) and as I said, no probs with xbl so far.
Now I'm wondering, does playing stealthed backups online truly enhance the risk of getting banned? I mean, if I haven't been detected so far, does it make a difference?
Please, no assupmtions, only answers from people who really know something. I know it's a risk and I am aware that it would be safer not to play burned games online. Still I wonder if someone can give me infos about that.

You don't need to play games online to get detect, just having your console hook up with the ethernet cable can get you ban, that is, if your hacked driver can be detect.

But as of now, nobody with ixtreme has been ban yet, so you're safe.

Yeah, thats what i meant. So it doesn't make any difference at all, because the question is not about playing backups on xbl but to go or not to go online at all wit a firmware hack?
Can someone else confirm this? Sry for asking again, but I just don't wanna risk my xbl in vain.

If it makes a difference, I'll just stick to offline play with the backups.

you wont be banned in XBL if u stick to Original while playing on XBL, and theres a possibility that stealthed may or maynot be dectected as current XBL detection systems is not capable of detecting it but may be in the near future, but if i was you i would stick to backups for offline play & originals for XBL, thts the way to Enjoy both ...
