read nand fine. installed coolrunner, think i messed up cpu_pll_bypass, so tried the alternate point.

I dont have a good enough camera to take a pic. I think it soldered on fine, but not sure if i scrapped the point properly.

When i try to turn on 360, nothing shows up. I tried turning it on with the power plate on it, and i get two red lights blinking on the right and the green light in the middle flashing.

I have a feeling i may have blown one of the resistors near the cpu pll bypass point, but don't have a multimeter to check. I'll buy one soon.

Anyone else think something else may be the problem or have any suggestions?

99% sure it's soldering. You probably should stop now and send it to someone to fix and finish the job for you. You have already tried alternate points. If that fails then you done.....
