You should see Flash Config: 0x01198010, only then will you get a good/valid dump.

I am going to add the didoe as the img above showed and what not what colors should the resisters be

Okay I will stop the read right now and add the didoe to 11 and which way or does it not matter which way my resisters should be facing into the port like what color on top going into the back of the computer

The black line should be facing in the direction shown in the image.
