Is there any tutorial out there that can tell me what to do as I haven't seen any out there, do I install the demon first and then rjtag or what? I already have my rjtag install on a bb jasper, can I just write the stock nand to the demon or what?

I always install the DemoN first, get a good NAND read and then install the R-JTAG kit after checking that the stock NAND image boots from the DemoN's NAND.
Both products have their own guides - read them, understand them and when (and only when) you feel you have done enough reading, install the hardware.

To be honest Im very comfortable with doing the rjtag install, but I don't know how to do the install after I install the demon if there was pictures of what to do I would appreciate it

There isn't much difference between a standard R-JTAG install and an R-JTAG install with a DemoN installed.
Install the kit as per the guide and fit the smaller ribbon cable between the R-JTAG PCB and the DemoN (this is enable/disable for R-JTAG).
If you decide to use RATER, you should leave the KIOSK (X7) wire off your DemoN install for the time being because R-JTAG requires KIOSK to power the console on during RATER testing.
Please take my advice and read both guides and understand the process before attempting to do anything.
