Actually just thanked this and realised it might be wrong. From my scribbles a while back I have it written down as going in reverse order to what's in the pic.
So 0 -> FT6U1
1 -> FT6U7
2 -> FT6U6
and so on.

I also saw another forum post that seemed to agree with me.
