ok so i had to use a donor nand as i had none of the original left so i used a donor and injected my CPU key and patched the KV with 360 Flash tool as i read on here somewhere that bincrypt dosent work anymore now i can boot xell and flash i get xmas lights but when i boot xell it says bad KV but the KV shows up in 360 flash tool with all the info i added...dvd key ect the only 2 things i didnt know what to enter was the ldv's i know one of them has to match the f's in xell and i added that but the other 2 are 0...could that be my problem?

So just use the kv thats alreay in the nand with no patching an just add my cpu to the image?

ok ill jump on the pc with he files on it and up them what exactly do u need? the donor nand and kv and the cpu keys?

i dont have any of my original nand it was on my external HDD that fcuked out hense y im trying to build with a donor...im not making a retail image just RGH does that make a difference???

so someone built me a 141719 nand to use and i flashed it to my board now all i get is 3 red lights instantly i try to boot xell but its the same thing my cr wont even attempt a glitch...is the box dead? r001 is the secondary code

No. I got your donor built. Dash 14699 with the right dvd key. Do you know the ldv? What dvd drive has the console got in it?
Also, when you read or write to the nand, what flash config does it read so we know exactly what size Jasper it is. And do you happen to have the fuse.txt file.
