I am working on a xenon 360, 1888, 7173. Installed the nand qsbs and wrote the xell.

after that the 360 showed a e79 error. it was determined that the jtag qsb was blown. I removed the qsb and installed the wires with resistors and diodes. Now I get no a/v.

removed all connections after replacing the original.bin and the 360 works fine.

so my question is, why am I still gettin e79 and no a/v errors with the jtag connections? If i damaged the jtag connections on my motherboard, is there a way to tell?

I saw the alternate solder points and that is above my soldering skill level.

so what do i do? im stumped.

ps. i have been active in the #nandx chat in mirc, thanks to prankster for all the help.

and pay attention to the cathode ( the black line on the diode) direction it will only let current flow in 1 direction
